What is the difference between flatbed, roll-to-roll and hybrid?

A flatbed printer prints directly onto media placed on its bed. A roll-to-roll printer feeds and rewinds flexible roll media. A hybrid printer uses a belt to handle both rigid boards and roll media. Choose the format that suits your media and workflow.

How do I choose a UV LED printer for my production?

Start with your media, print sizes, production volumes and desired finish. Consider whether you need white ink, varnish or multilayer printing, as well as the available space and workflow. Alphaset can help you compare models and choose a configuration.

Should I bring my own material for a print test?

Yes. A test using your actual substrate and artwork helps Alphaset assess print quality, adhesion, white opacity and finishing. The test should reflect the work you plan to produce on the printer.

Who provides support after installation in Slovakia?

Alphaset assists with installation, operator training, technical questions and servicing. The scope of installation and ongoing support is agreed for your printer and production needs.
